JLab, Go Sport+, True Wireless Workout Earbuds, Bluetooth Sport Earbuds, Clear Calling, Graphite
The JLab Go Sport+ uses earhooks and in-ear tips for a supported fit during exercise. It offers app-based sound and control adjustments, Be Aware ambient listening and a claimed total battery life of more than 35 hours with the case. It is a budget choice if you do not need active noise cancellation. Its IP55 protection is intended for sweat and splashes, and hook comfort still depends on your ears and glasses. This listing is Graphite.

Who Should Buy the Go Sport+?
Start here if ordinary earbuds need more support during exercise and your budget is limited. A hook gives the earbud another point of contact around your ear, so the tip does not have to do all the work of keeping it in place.
The buying case is less persuasive if your current earbuds already stay put. You would be adding something around your ear without solving a problem. If your main complaint is gym noise, the missing ANC is also a reason to look elsewhere.
The linked listing is Graphite. Compare the selected finish and checkout total before ordering; a colour discount can change without changing the underlying product. For other designs, our best earhook earbuds guide puts this model alongside alternatives.

Hooks Help Support; Tips Still Determine Comfort
Think about fit in two stages. First, find a tip that sits comfortably inside your ear. Then position the hook without pulling the earbud into an awkward angle. A secure outer support cannot compensate for a tip that hurts.
JLab includes three sizes of gel tips. Its eartip guide explains changing sizes. Try more than the size installed in the box before deciding the design is wrong for you.
Glasses are a reason to check the return policy carefully. Your frame arms and the hooks occupy nearby space. Try the combination you actually wear, including sunglasses, and check it while turning your head. Neither a small hook nor a sport label guarantees comfortable contact for every ear.
If the sensation inside your ear is the problem, a different hook is unlikely to fix it. Our best open-ear headphones guide covers designs that leave the canal open.
Be Aware Is Useful, but It Is Not ANC
The Go Sport+ brings outside sound into your listening through Be Aware mode. It does not provide active noise cancellation. JLab's model comparison explicitly distinguishes the Go Sport+ from the separate Go Sport ANC.
That matters if you shop by searching for “noise cancelling” and encounter microphone noise-reduction language. Processing your voice for a call is a different job from reducing background noise in what you hear.
For a noisy indoor workout, decide whether you are happy relying on the tip's physical seal. If cancellation is essential, our Soundcore Sport X20 review covers an earhook alternative with that feature. Paying more is useful only if the added feature addresses your own complaint.
App Controls Give You Room to Adjust
JLab lists adjustable EQ, Be Aware settings and touch functions for this model, and its app compatibility list includes the Go Sport+ on iOS and Android.
Control customisation is worth using before your first workout. Put the actions you use most within easy reach, then practise while standing still. Reaching for your phone to undo an unfamiliar command is a poor way to learn a control scheme mid-session.
EQ gives you a way to change the balance you prefer. It does not establish how detailed, clear or powerful these earbuds sound; those are listening judgements we cannot make from the settings menu alone. Check tip fit before trying to fix everything with EQ.
Battery Life and the Built-In Cable
The combined battery headline includes recharging in the case. Use the smaller earbud figure when planning an uninterrupted session, and leave a margin rather than treating a laboratory claim as a promise.
The attached charging cable is convenient if you often forget a separate lead. The tradeoff is that the lead travels with the case, so its reach and connector need to suit your charging setup. Check where you will plug it in rather than assuming every charger on your desk will work conveniently.
For occasional exercise, a simple habit may matter more than another few claimed hours: put the dry earbuds back in their case and check the case charge before you leave home.
Sweat Resistance Has Limits
IP55 makes this a sweat-and-splash-oriented choice, not a swimming music player. Keep the charging case dry and let wet earbuds dry before charging them. JLab's comparison page also tells users to dry moisture before storage and charging.
If pool listening is the goal, start with equipment designed for that use. Our Shokz OpenSwim Pro review explains why onboard music storage changes the decision.
Verdict
The Go Sport+ earns its place as a budget option for someone who specifically wants hooks. The practical appeal is support around the ear plus useful adjustments in the app. It is less compelling as a replacement for comfortable earbuds that already work well.
Choose another design if you need ANC, dislike in-ear tips or cannot get a comfortable fit with your glasses. Buy this one when those compromises are acceptable, the available offer suits your budget and the return terms let you check fit properly.
